Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
Images showing the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra being held alongside the Galaxy S23 Ultra have surfaced on the internet.
We’re on the cusp of launching one of the most significant phones of the upcoming year, only a month or two away. Consequently, leaks are beginning to emerge, and this particular one stands out as one of the most informative so far.
Renowned insider Ice Universe recently shared a sequence of firsthand images of the Galaxy S24 Ultra on X (formerly known as Twitter), originally unveiled on Sogi.
Conveniently, Samsung has revealed its latest flagship phone alongside its immediate predecessor, allowing for insightful comparisons in the evolution of design—specifically, the top, bottom, and sides of the phone.
The new model appears to be marginally slimmer than the Galaxy S23 Ultra, measuring 8.6mm compared to its predecessor’s 8.9mm.
According to Ice Universe, notable changes include the speaker transitioning from a grille format to an elongated bar, with air vents now positioned at the top of the phone.
Another significant design variance involves the S Pen, which now rests flatter within its slot compared to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Examining the phone’s side, the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s buttons appear thicker than those on the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
The tipster further highlights that the new titanium material used in the Galaxy S24 Ultra offers a superior texture compared to the aluminum frame of the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
These revelations are heightening anticipation for what promises to be one of the most significant and outstanding phones of 2024. Despite this, we still maintain our assessment that the Galaxy S23 Ultra remains the premier flagship Android phone available in the market.
